Dinosaur National Monument was established in 1915. Dinosaur has a complex, rich and diverse resource landscape. On display at the Carnegie Bone Quarry near Jensen Utah are fossils going back over five hundred and thirty million years. While some complete specimens were removed and put on display all over the world, many fossils have been left in place where they were deposited.
